What Shipping Methods Are Available?

You receive free shipping if your order includes at least $25 of eligible items. Any item with “FREE Shipping” messaging on the product detail page that is fulfilled and shipped by Amazon is eligible and contributes to your free shipping order minimum.

You can get unlimited FREE Two-Day Shipping on eligible items with Amazon Prime. No minimum spend is required to qualify.

Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order’s free shipping eligibility.

  • You can ship to a U.S. delivery address in the 50 states only.
  • You can ship to APO/FPO addresses only when they have a U.S. zip code.
  • You may find geographic shipping restrictions apply to particular products.

Note: Some items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may not be eligible for free shipping

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address), based on the shipping speed you’ve chosen. The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don’t count toward the transit time (unless we’ve specifically offered a weekend delivery during checkout). Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit time. For some delivery dates, we may provide an “order within” countdown timer that indicates the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email.

How Are Shipping and Delivery Dates Calculated

After an order has shipped, you can track your packages by going to Your Orders.

FREE Two-Day Shipping through Amazon Prime
If the item you’re ordering is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, you may not receive the item in two business days. Selecting One-Day or Two-Day shipping will reduce the transit time to one or two business days after we’ve shipped your order, but it won’t impact how long it takes us to obtain the item or prepare it for shipment. The shipping method time starts when the item ships. For example, it will take up to two business days after an item ships to reach you with Two-Day Shipping.

Your order will be delivered within 5-8 business days. We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can pass the savings on to you in the form of free shipping. If you look in Your Orders and see that your items haven’t shipped yet, don’t worry. We may take a little longer than you expect to ship out your order, but we won’t delay shipping if it means we’ll miss the expected delivery date.
Third party orders
If your order was placed with an Amazon Marketplace seller, shipping and delivery timelines will vary. Click the Contact Seller button on the order detail page in Your Account to ask the seller for shipping details. If your order is eligible for Amazon Prime, Amazon Customer Service will handle any questions about shipping and delivery after the order is placed.

Note: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order. In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location. In this case, the option to choose One-Day Delivery may not appear

How Do I Place an Order?

When you shop on Mobiles mela, we want to help you easily find items you’ll want to purchase, whether you know exactly what you want or need help. Some sort options available on Amazon are:

“Featured”: we consider a variety of factors when choosing Featured shopping results, including customer actions (such as how frequently an item was purchased), information about the item (such as title, price, and description), availability, costs (such as shipping costs), and whether we think the item will be of interest (such as new items).

“Avg. Customer Review” sorts items based on customers’ reviews, including the average number of stars out of 5 stars given by customers and the number of customers’ reviews for each result.

“Newest Arrivals” sorts items based on their first date of availability on Amazon.

“Price High to Low” sorts items based on their price with the highest price item at the top and the lowest price item at the bottom.

“Price Low to High” sorts items based on their price with the lowest price item at the top and the highest price item at the bottom.

Tips for finding items:

You can search for items by entering a few words into the search box, and we’ll show you matching results. On desktop, to browse by department, select a product department from the drop-down menu next to the Search box and click the magnifying glass icon. Each department will offer its own customized options to search and browse.

For example, if you’re an Amazon Fresh member, and you’d like to shop for Fresh items, on desktop you can select the Amazon Fresh department in the Search drop-down menu. Fresh members using mobile web or Amazon mobile app will be able to access Amazon Fresh items and features through the following:

  • Mobile web: Click on the menu button and select Amazon Fresh in the Programs and Features section
  • Amazon App : Click on the menu button and select Shop by Department then select Amazon Fresh from the All Departments section

After you enter a search on mobile you can use the Filter option in the right sub-navigation menu to further refine the selection available, based on specific criteria such as Specialty (“Organic”, “Kosher”), Featured Brands or a Price Range. Depending on the product department you choose, you’ll see specific refinements that are applicable to the selection.
